When you add an item to your cart, you will be asked to choose a shipping speed. After that, we will show you the promised arrival dates for your item. Sometimes due to bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t get there on time, you’re not satisfied- and neither are we. We use a variety of shipping carriers, including the United Postal Services( USPS), UPS, FedEx and sometimes DHL. We determine which Carrier to use for your order based on various factors such as product purchase, shipping address, size/ weight of the order and delivery speed selected.
Note - During checkout every order, we will show you an expected delivery time for each of your products. We will let you know if some items may come in separate packages.

Our Return/ Exchange/ Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, We can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 days calendar days of your purchase.
After 14 - days period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
Please make sure the product for returns are in same condition that you received and undamaged in any way.
After we receive the product, our team of professional will inspect and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5-10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in anyway, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
